Hospitality Suites Functions

The Hilton Seattle Airport Complex has an official “No Guestroom Parties” policy as is stated below.  Any registrants of a suite will be provided with this “No Guestroom Parties Policy.”   However, should you require a Hospitality Suite for your event, our Events/Catering team will work with you to make the necessary arrangements.  We can assist with planning for food and beverage service. Some of the guidelines for hospitality suites are as follows:
-Hospitality Suites accommodate up to about 12 to 15 guests
-Hallway and patio doors should be closed and music should be lowered at 9:00 PM
-Quiet hours are at 10:00pm
